At Bark Benefits, your pet’s happiness means everything to us. We want you and your furry family members to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

🐾 Our Satisfaction Promise

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bark Benefits purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, opened or used pet treats and food products cannot be returned or resold.

Unopened treats, supplements, and other eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not exchange opened pet treats or supplements.

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

Certain promotional, clearance, or specially marked items may be final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
